How do I get a price?
Send us your town, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you would like us, and roughly when the place was last cleaned. That is usually enough for us to come back the same day with a real number, and it is the number you will pay. Every home is different, so we would rather price yours properly than hand you a chart.
Do you clean in my town?
Very likely. We are across Lowell, Chelmsford, Dracut, Billerica, Andover and the towns nearby most weeks, and we cross into Nashua and Hudson regularly. If you are a little outside that, ask anyway. When the drive makes sense, we come.
Do I need to be home?
Not really. It helps if you are around the first time so we can go over what matters most to you, but after that most clients leave a key or a code and come home to a clean house. Whatever you choose, we lock up the same way we found it.
Who actually comes to the house?
The two of us, together, every visit. It is not an agency roster, so you get to know exactly who is in your home and we get to know how you like it done.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, everything: products, cloths and a vacuum. If you have sensitivities, pets, stone counters or products you would rather we use, leave them out and we will use yours instead.
What about pets?
Dogs and cats are no problem. Just tell us their names and whether they should stay in a room while we work.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, Zelle or Venmo, after the clean. Nothing upfront and no card kept on file.
Am I locked into anything?
No. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. If something comes up, give us a day of notice and we will move you.
What if something is not done right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it. That is the whole policy.
